Peter W. Rotella, J.D.Attorney Peter W. Rotella has been practicing law in New London county since 1973. A graduate of Norwich Free Academy in 1965, he went on to undergraduate school at the University of Connecticut, where he earned his degree in 1969. He attended Stetson University College of Law in Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Attorney Rotella passed both the Connecticut and Florida Bar exams in 1973.

In his practice of law, Attorney Rotella concentrates on personal injury, criminal and motor vehicle law (including DUIs), family law (including divorce and custody issues), landlord / tenant law, real estate transactions, and wills and estates.

David M. Fabricant, J.D.Attorney David M. Fabricant has practiced law in New London County for over 30 years. He attended New London High School, graduating in 1965. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 1969, and his law degree from the University of Connecticut. Prior to practicing law, he taught fifth grade at Winthrop Elementary School in New London, and was a judicial administrator in the Superior Court and worked for the Public Defender.

In his law practice, he concentrates on personal injury (including automobile, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents), dog bites and attacks, workers’ compensation, employment law for non-union workers, sexual harassment in the workplace and wrongful firing.  

He is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell College in New London.
